Walkthrough and Planning
We walk the space, check for moisture and existing coatings, and plan the work around your hours and how the rooms are used.
Removal Grind and Repairs
Failing coatings, adhesives and sealers are ground off. We repair cracks and damaged areas so the new system bonds to sound concrete.
Base Coat or Sealer
Depending on the system, we apply a pigmented base coat for a flake floor or prepare the concrete for sealing.
Flake Broadcast or Stain
For decorative floors, we broadcast flake to full coverage. For grind-and-seal floors, we can add stain for color.
Topcoat and Handoff
A clear topcoat or sealer finishes the floor. Cure time depends on temperature and the system chosen, and we coordinate reopening with you.

Can you remove our old, peeling floor coating?
Yes. Failed coatings need to come off before a new system will bond properly. For a downtown Denver dog daycare, we did a full removal grind of the old surface before installing a new flake floor. We use diamond grinding to take the floor back to sound concrete, then repair cracks and damaged spots.
Can you work around our business hours?
We are available Monday through Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and we plan each commercial job around how your space is used. Some projects can be done in sections so part of the business stays open. We will talk through scheduling and downtime at the walkthrough so there are no surprises.
