  • Quote builder: project details such as the type of space (garage, basement, patio, commercial area), approximate square footage, the finish you are interested in, and your preferred timing.
  • Calls, texts, and emails: the phone number or email address you contact us from and the content of your messages, including scheduling details and questions about your project.
  • Photos you send: pictures of your concrete, existing coatings, cracks, or the space you want coated. Photos can sometimes show other details of your home or property, so please share only what you are comfortable with.
  • Project and billing records: estimates, invoices, payment status, and notes about the work we performed.

Information collected automatically

Photos of Completed Work

We take pride in our floors, and we may photograph or film our work before, during, and after installation. We may share photos of the finished floor on our website and social media. When we do, we do not include your name, street address, or other personal details, and we try to keep house numbers, license plates, and people out of the frame.

If you would rather we not share photos of your project, just tell us by phone, text, or email, before or after the job, and we will honor your request. If a photo of your project is already posted, let us know and we will take it down from the channels we control.

How We Protect and Keep Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information, such as password-protected accounts and limiting access to people who need it to serve you. No website, app, or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, such as completing your project, answering follow-up questions about your floor, keeping tax and business records, and meeting legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Our website and services are intended for adults arranging work on their homes or businesses.
