What to know in Parker

Parker's neighborhoods range from established areas like The Pinery, with larger lots and mature trees, to master-planned communities such as Stonegate, Idyllwilde and Canterberry Crossing. Can you coat my garage, basement and patio in the same project?
Yes. Our Parker project covered about 1,175 square feet across a garage, basement and patio for one homeowner. Does my Parker HOA need to approve a patio coating?
That depends on your community's rules. Interior floors usually aren't regulated, but exterior surfaces such as patios and porches sometimes are, especially colors. We recommend checking with your HOA before we schedule. We're happy to provide color samples or details you can share with them.
My newer garage floor looks fine. Why does it need grinding?
Even new concrete has a smooth surface layer that coatings don't bond to well. Grinding opens the pores so the base coat can grab onto the slab. Skipping that step is one of the most common reasons coatings peel, so we don't cut corners on it.
How long will a multi-area project take?
It depends on the size, condition and number of spaces involved, plus how much repair each slab needs. A combined garage, basement and patio project takes more planning than a single garage. We'll walk you through the steps and confirm the timing in your written estimate.
